Cold Soups & Panini Sandwiches – The Perfect Summer Meal!

Attached is the handout I gave patrons who attended the class.
The class was limited to 12 participants.
I made 3 of the soups on the list: Smoky Roasted Red Pepper Soup, Cucumber Gazpacho, and Strawberry Soup. I made the soups using the NutriBullet and put them in the fridge to chill for a few moments while we got started with the paninis. I purchased an assortment of items to make the paninis and let the patrons create their own. One patron volunteered to time how long the paninis were cooking (4 minutes) while other patrons poured the soups into small cups. The patrons sat together at a long table the sample the soups and their panini creations. They had fun comparing notes about their favorite items.
